Orders once placed on our website shall be eligible for a refund if the same stands cancelled by the buyer and same is communicated to us within 24 hours of purchase. All orders beyond that period of time shall not be eligible for a refund.
The cost of shipping the product for return to High on Kicks shall be borne by the customer only and High on Kicks shall have no role in it.
Please allow a period of 5-7 working days for the refund to be credited into your bank account.
To start a return, you can contact us at store@highonkicks.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
